Upon the expiry of the tenure, the device will be transferred to the employee's name. Residual Value must be paid to Orix at the end of tenure. Sale Invoice will be shared with employee for transfer of ownership.
The employee can avail only one mobile, one tablet & one laptop per eligible employee, regardless of the device cost every year.
The employee will have to pay all remaining rentals and foreclose the account.
No. All accessories must be bundled with the device. Cannot be purchased separately.
The employee can only avail devices which are listed on the Smart EPP portal.
In such cases, the employee must file an FIR immediately and inform HR/Admin of ORIX. Necessary action for insurance claims must be initiated by the employee on One Assist portal.
