Passenger car employee leasing
Orix offers one stop pan India solution to companies for its ‘employee car policy’ under its leasing services. The entire gamut of services including vehicle and dealer selection, purchasing, registration, maintenance, accident management, insurance management, breakdown management, towing, roadside assistance and risk management is undertaken by Orix Leasing Services for a monthly rental.
Orix offer three types of passenger car leasing products:
1.
Management only basis
ORIX funds the full cost of the asset but all other costs are borne by the company.
2.
Financing with insurance management
Orix funds the full cost of the asset and the insurance premium for the full period of lease. Companies can also include ‘Insurance Disallowance’, to cover for all accident repairs at no additional cost above the predefined monthly rentals.
3.
Financing with insurance & maintenance management
Orix funds the full cost of the asset, insurance premium for the full period, and all maintenance & accident repair under a single rental. This is a comprehensive scheme covered under a single EMI.
Added Protection for Companies:
Automatic Transfer
Orix facilitates the transfer of lease to the employee on quitting of employment. This shifts the liability from the company to the user for future payment of rentals.
Absconding Cover
Orix protects companies from fraud and provides cover against such risks in the lease agreement. In the event the employee absconds with or without the car, the company can terminate their lease.
Individual/ Company registration
Companies can opt for individual/ company registration for their cars. This makes it easier to handle all traffic violations and paperwork is to be handled by the employee.
Total Loss/ Theft cover
Companies can opt for this cover and in the incidence of a total loss/ theft, the lease gets terminated and the user can opt for a new car.
Death during lease period
In the event of the death of an employee during the lease period, this value add provides foreclosure of lease.
Business Vehicles
Orix helps companies run their fleet with ease, convenience, and zero hassle. Companies can avail leases for passenger cars, utility vehicles, LCV and forklifts with Orix for a monthly rental across India. We provide end to end services from financing, management, maintenance, insurance, and administrative handling of these vehicles.
For continuity and ensuring smooth operations, our leases are timed in a way that companies can return their old car and take the new one without any delay. Companies can choose models of their choice and ORIX guides through the entire journey from vehicle selection till the lease closure. We also offer our experience in fleet management and useful tips to companies for smooth operations.
Customized business vehicles
To meet the unique needs of companies, Orix supports the customization and fleet management. We purchase fleet, source required equipment and also provide the manpower to support the running of these assets. In addition, any specific branding required by the companies can also be custom designed on the fleets. ORIX caters to such requirements for customising ambulances, cash vans, vehicle mounted ATMs, service vans used by vehicle manufacturers/ white goods manufacturers, and vehicles running inside airports etc. A dedicated team engages with customers to work on the design, technical integration, body fitment and selection of chassis from different OEMs. The structure for this process is:

Running the asset which includes driver, security guard and any addition member needed to run such operation.
Equipment Lease
ORIX offers Equipment Leasing solutions to SMEs, Large Corporates and MNCs. Such engagement helps our partners to upgrade their IT infrastructure, easily scale by enabling them to undertake large projects, or improve the ‘Work From Home’ facilities without having to bear the burden of down payments or initial payment.
Under our Equipment leasing program, the technology obsolescence risk and the E-waste management is taken care by ORIX. Customers can use the asset and return it back at the end of lease period. Customers also have an option to own asset at the end or to return the asset once the lease is over. Alternatively they can also opt for a loan option for the above.
ORIX works with a host of IT manufactures and can facilitate the purchase from its empanelled vendors. Should you prefer to choose your own supplier, ORIX will provide the leasing for the same.
